§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500. In lieu of prosecuting a person in its Municipal Court for violations of this chapter, the city may seek injunctive relief against the person in the District Courts of the county.
