(A) Time. The City Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. or any other time the Mayor may designate, excepting the third Tuesday of June and the first Tuesday of July; provided however, that the day fixed for any regular meeting of the Council may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the Council. Further, no City Council meeting shall be held on the day on which an election is being held. If at all possible, the Council will conclude regular meetings by 9:00 p.m. unless there are significant issues on the agenda which require the meeting to continue until 10:00 p.m.
(B) Place. All regular meetings of the Council shall be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 3205 Jones Road, City of Sunset Valley, Texas.
