§ 90.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE. A motor vehicle that:

      (1)   Is inoperable, is more than five years old and has been left unattended on public property for more than 48 hours;

      (2)   Has remained illegally on public property for more than 48 hours; or

      (3)   Is found on private property without the consent of the owner or person in charge of the property for more than 48 hours.

   CITY. The City of Sunset Valley, Texas.

   MOTOR VEHICLE. A vehicle that is subject to registration pursuant to Tex. Transportation Code Ch. 501.

   WATERCRAFT. A craft that is subject to registration pursuant to Tex. Parks and Wildlife Code Ch. 31.
