§ 150.809 REVOCATION/APPEAL; VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   Revocation/appeal of short-term rental registration.
      (1)   Registration may be denied and/or revoked by the City Administrator or designee upon a finding by the noncompliance with any provisions of this subchapter or violations of the zoning ordinance, or other applicable city codes.
      (2)   A registration may be subject to revocation of their registration if there are three or more violations within a 12-month period of this subchapter or other safety, health, and welfare ordinances of the city.
      (3)   The Administration Department or their designee, shall issue a notice of violation of any provision of this subchapter or violations as provided herein. Such notice shall include the date, time and synopsis of the facts surrounding such violation.
      (4)   A registrant who wishes to appeal the denial or revocation of a registration under this subchapter, shall file an appeal with the Board of Adjustment for reinstatement of a denied or revoked registration.
      (5)   All decisions of the Board of Adjustment shall follow the Sunset Valley ordinance related to the Board of Adjustment, § 150.047.
   (B)   Violations and penalties for short-term rentals.
      (1)   Violation of this subchapter upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense; and
      (2)   Each and every day such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
