(A) All signs shall be designed and constructed to withstand a wind pressure of not less than 30 pounds per square foot of area and shall be constructed to receive dead loads as required by the city's currently adopted Building Code.
(B) Banners not affixed to the building are not permitted.
(C) Signage in this category is not permitted to have lighting used for the sole purpose of enhancing the sign message.
