§ 150.687 REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   Replacement requirements: Vegetation which is required to be planted or preserved by this chapter shall be replaced with equivalent vegetation. Preserved trees for which credit was awarded which subsequently die shall be replaced by the requisite number of living trees according to the standards established in § 150.674.
