All sampling techniques and pollutant analyses used for compilation of data required to be submitted as part of a wastewater discharge permit application or report required under this chapter shall be performed in accordance with the techniques prescribed in 40 C.F.R. part 136 unless otherwise specified in an applicable categorical pretreatment standard.
