A person discharging wastewater containing prohibited waste in violation of this chapter shall repeat the sampling and analysis and submit the results of the repeat analysis to the Director within 30 calendar days after becoming aware of the violation; provided, however, the person is not required to resample if the POTW performs monitoring at the person’s site at least once per month or if the POTW performs sampling between the person’s initial sampling and when the person receives the results of this sampling.
