§ 150.625 NO SMOKING IN VICINITY OF BLASTING.
   No person shall smoke or carry matches, lighters or other such combustible materials while handling explosives or while in the vicinity thereof. "No Smoking" signs shall be posted in areas where explosives are being handled. The signs shall be visible for at least 50 feet.
