§ 51.114 FURTHER REPORTS REQUIRED.

All persons discharging wastewater containing prohibited waste to the POTW shall provide further reports and information to the Director as the Director shall deem necessary to monitor and evaluate the particular discharge of the person as determined on a case by case basis.
