§ 150.548 PERMITS.
   (A)   A permit for the construction of wastewater systems shall be required.
   (B)   Three copies of the plans for the system including a plat showing the location of the system shall be required. The plans shall show the seal of the engineer or the sanitarian responsible for the design.
