§ 150.534 ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDANCE.

The City Administrator or his/her designee may promulgate educational materials to aid in the administration of, and compliance with, this chapter. Such documents shall be educational only and shall not constitute regulations, amendments, or exceptions.
