Each lot within the residential lighting zone is limited to the following standards:

Partially shielded or semi cut-off- bulbs up to and including 600 lumens | Up to 4000 lumens per lot included in the total lumen calculation. No residential lot can be over 10,000 total lumens including fully shielded and partially shielded lighting. |
