The lighting zones shall determine the limitations for lighting as specified in this chapter. The lighting zones shall be as follows (Figure A):
(A) Open space lighting zone: This applies to all sites zoned Park (P), Greenspace/Preservation (G), and Conservation Area (C). This also includes areas zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) that are owned by the city.
(B) Residential lighting zone: This applies to all sites zoned as Single Family Residential (SF) and Planned Unit Development not owned by the city.
(C) Non-residential lighting zone: This applies to all sites zoned as Government, Utilities, and Institutional (GUI), Conditional Overlay Development (COD), Highway Commercial (HC), Neighborhood Commercial (NC), and Neighborhood Office (NO).
