(A) Adoption. The International Energy Conservation Code, 2015 Edition, including Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted, and designated as the Energy Conservation Code of the City of Sunset Valley, and is made a part hereof, as amended.
(B) Amendments. The International Energy Conservation Code is hereby modified as adopted by the addition of the following provision:
(1) The Board of Appeals shall be the Board of Adjustment of the City of Sunset Valley.
