§ 150.415 NFPA 70 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (NEC).
   (A)   Adoption. The National Electrical Code, 2017 Edition, including Appendices, as published by the National Fire Protection Agency, is hereby adopted, and designated as the Electrical Code of the City of Sunset Valley, and is made a part hereof, as amended.
   (B)   Amendments. The National Electrical Code (NEC) is hereby modified as adopted by the addition of the following provision:
      (1)   The Board of Appeals shall be the Board of Adjustment of the City of Sunset Valley.
