The person or persons designated to serve the function of Building Official, with the assistance of the City Engineer and such professional inspectors and reviewers as authorized from time to time by the City Council, shall review and act on all applications, perform such necessary inspections, and take appropriate enforcement actions as provided in this §§ 150.395 through 150.427 and §§ 150.440 through 150.446 and the Codes adopted pursuant to §§ 150.395 through 150.427 and §§ 150.440 through 150.446.
