The Director is authorized to void and terminate a wastewater discharge permit previously issued for the following reasons:
(A) Abandonment of the permitted premises;
(B) Vacancy or other non-use of the permitted facilities for a period of 90 days;
(C) Cessation of operations for which a wastewater discharge permit is required under this chapter;
(D) Transfer of the permitted operations to a new owner, occupant or manager; and
(E) Issuance of a new or modified permit hereunder.
