Crosswalk ways four feet in width shall be dedicated where deemed necessary by the City Council to provide circulation or access to schools, playgrounds, shopping centers, and transportation and other community facilities, or to provide pedestrian circulation within the subdivision. Crosswalk ways shall be provided with concrete or other approved sidewalk material at least four-feet wide.
