§ 150.280 SUBDIVISION FAIR NOTICE.

An applicant filing an application or request for a permit under this subchapter must file a "Subdivision Fair Notice" or similar form promulgated and in use by the City of Sunset Valley at the time the applicant files the application or request for a permit under this subchapter.
