§ 150.249 HEIGHT OF STRUCTURE.
   (A)   No structure shall have a height greater than that shown on the schedule of regulations as being permitted in the district in which the structure is located.
   (B)   Height shall be measured vertically from the undisturbed natural grade at the mean elevation of the building pad to the highest point of the building or structure, excluding spires, dish antennas, ventilators, chimneys, or other similar appurtenances. Chimneys, spires, dish antennas, ventilators and other appurtenances shall not extend over six feet above the building on which they are located.
