§ 150.115 SOLID WASTE CONTAINERS.

Storage structures for solid waste containers shall not be permitted in the setback area, and commercial solid waste containers shall conform with the effective compatibility and buffering standards. See § 150.105(B). The design shall be approved at the time the site plan is approved.
