§ 51.040 PRETREATMENT REQUIRED.

Any person generating wastewater containing waste prohibited from discharge to the POTW by this chapter and who desires to discharge the same to the POTW shall pretreat or otherwise dispose of the prohibited waste so as to make the wastewater actually discharged to the POTW conform to the discharge standards, limits, requirements and conditions established in this chapter.
