§ 51.026 PROTECTION; ASSIGNMENTS.

   If necessary to protect the POTW or sanitary sewer, the Director may issue a permit, order or rule that assigns the limit on discharge of fat, oil, grease or a similar substance as an:

   (A)   Instantaneous maximum allowable limit;

   (B)   Daily average limit;

   (C)   Daily maximum limit;

   (D)   Monthly average limit; or

   (E)   Limit of other sampling duration or averaging period.
