There is created a revolving fund which shall be known as the Junk Vehicle Fund of the town, in accordance with I.C. 9-22-1-27; and the Clerk-Treasurer of the town is directed to place all monies paid to the town by owners for the cost of removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles in the Junk Vehicle Fund of the town.
