§ 33.082  APPROPRIATIONS.
   Surplus money in other accounts of the town or funds from other sources may, by resolution of the Town Council and with the approval of the Department of Local Governmental Finance, be added to the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund with all appropriations therefrom to be as provided by law.
