§ 33.016  APPROVAL OF ORDER FOR ISSUANCE.
   (A)   The Town Council may order the issuance of warrants for payment of money by the town only at a meeting of the Council.
   (B)   A town officer who violates this section forfeits the office pursuant to I.C. 36-5-4-3.
