§ 151.110  AUTHORITY OF TOWN TO MAKE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The town is authorized to make, adopt, revise, and amend procedural rules and regulations as it deems necessary to administer the proposes of this chapter.
   (B)   The town shall have the power to grant written waivers of any of the requirements contained in this code upon application by any owner or occupant or agent thereof.
