§ 33.001  FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS REESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to statutory provisions, all other funds and accounts that the town may elect to use are reestablished. These funds and accounts shall include, but not be limited to, the Local Road and Street Fund, Motor Vehicle Fund, State and Federal Loan/Grant Funds, and the like.
