§ 150.67  DUTIES.
   The Council shall adopt a schedule setting forth the maximum amount of performance bonds applicable to various types or orders pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-7(f), and determine the amount of the average processing expense pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-12.
