§ 150.43  BOND REQUIRED.
   No permit shall be granted by the Clerk-Treasurer to so move any building until the owner thereof shall deposit with the Clerk-Treasurer a bond with approved surety, payable to the town, providing for the payment to the town, or any person, firm, or corporation affected thereby, all damages or expenses incurred by them, or any of them, on account of the moving of the building, for the immediate repair of all damages done to the streets, sidewalks, and crossings;  and the Clerk-Treasurer shall collect and receive for services in issuing the permit, the sum of $0.50, which shall be paid by the owner of the building.
