§ 150.25  ENJOINING VIOLATIONS; ABATEMENT.
   Any person may be sued in the Circuit Court to enjoin the violation of this chapter.  The Town Council, by injunction in the Circuit Court, may require the removal of any structure erected in violation of this subchapter.  Any uses that violate this subchapter shall be treated as a common nuisance and may be abated in the same manner as a common nuisance.
