§ 150.22  APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   (A)   All applications for an improvement location permit shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer of the town and shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $15 payable to the town for deposit in its General Fund.  Upon applying for the permit, the Clerk-Treasurer shall inform the applicant of the time and place of a public hearing on the application, and the applicant shall give at least ten days’ notice of the time and place of the hearing to all owners of adjoining property within 200 feet of the proposed location of the mobile home.  This notice may be given either personally or by publication, and any costs thereof shall be paid by the applicant.  No application shall be considered by the Town Council until proof of notice is filed.
   (B)   The application for an improvement location permit shall show the location of the land concerned, the location and size of buildings already on the land, the size and location of the mobile home to be located, the front, rear, and side yards, all adjacent streets and alleys, and any other information the applicant deems appropriate for the Town Council to make a just determination.  At the time and place as stated in the notice, the Town Council shall hold a public hearing and all interested parties shall be heard concerning the application.
