§ 131.01  PROHIBITIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, corporations, or associations to:
   (A)    Discharge any fire crackers, torpedoes, noise-making devices, or fireworks within the corporate limits of the town at any time except from July 2 to July 5 of any year; or
   (B)   Haul, transport, or convey in any manner any nitroglycerine over, along, or across any street or alley within the corporate limits of the town.
