§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violators of the provisions of the subchapter set forth in §§ 130.01 through 130.03 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than $25, nor more than $500. 
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 130.15 shall be guilty of a Class C Infraction. 
   (C)   Any individual or business found to be selling, publicly displaying for sale or attempting to sell, give, or barter any substance listed in § 130.30 shall be considered a violation and will be subject to a civil fine of $2,500. Any individual or business found to be purchasing or possessing any substance listed in § 130.30 shall be considered a violation and will be subject to a civil fine of $1,000. Any person or entity found in violation shall be responsible for payment of reasonable costs and attorneys fees associated with the enforcement of § 130.30. Notice of violation of § 130.30 may be provided by any law enforcement officer of the town.
