It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate or permit to be operated upon the premises in the town, any radio, stereo, mechanical musical device, or other forms of music or sound devices in such a manner that music or other noises therefrom may be heard off of the premises of the owner or operator of such devices from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. of each day.
