§ 92.99  PENALTY.
    If the owners allow the nuisance to exist or fail to abate the nuisance, they and each of them shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the nuisance is permitted to exist.
