SCHEDULE III: WEIGHT RESTRICTION FOR PARKED VEHICLES.

   (A)    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or park a truck or other vehicle upon the entire length, which truck has a gross weight in excess of one ton, as follows, as well as anything under CDL limits:

   (B)   Penalty. The violation of division (A) is to be a misdemeanor, and every person convicted for a violation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 and not exceeding $500.
