(A) The speed laws and regulations of the state shall apply on all streets and highways of the town, and are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully as if the same were attached hereto and incorporated herein, and are on file for public inspection in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer during normal business hours of operation.
(B) The speed limit from Stephens Road to the county line shall not exceed 30 mph and the speed limit from Stephens Road to Meridian Street shall not exceed 20 mph.
