(A) The Department shall charge a fee for the inspection:
(1) If the officer is called to the home of the person making the request or to some other requested location, the fee shall be $15; or
(2) If the vehicle is brought to the officer, the fee shall be $3.
(B) The inspection is free, however, for all residents of Sunman.
