§ 51.126  BILLING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The industrial cost recovery rates and charges shall be prepared, billed, and collected in the manner provided by law and chapter.
   (B)   The industrial cost recovery charges for treatment services shall become effective for services rendered during the first month following completion of construction and shall be prepared and billed monthly.
