§ 51.066  TAP STANDARDS.
   (A)   Materials and sewer tap will be IAW specifications of the Town Municipal Utilities.  Town Utilities will inspect and approve the sewer tap before the builder, contractor, or customer fills in the sewer line.
   (B)   All new sewer lateral lines shall be pressure tested at 60 psi and must maintain 60 psi for a period of one hour.
   (C)   The town shall charge an inspection fee of $25.
   (D)   Builders or contractors shall post a bond to the town in the sum of $5,000 to insure proper repair of town streets.  Packable type material only, such as pea gravel or crushed stone, shall be used.  Four inches of blacktop shall be applied to the pea gravel or crushed stone.  Final inspection of the finished street shall be approved by the Town Street Superintendent.
   (E)   All materials used will be at no expense to the utility.
