§ 30.21  PARTICIPATION IN ASSOCIATIONS.
   The town is authorized to participate through duly-designated representatives in the meetings and activities of these associations and the Town Council is authorized to appropriate necessary funds to defray the expenses of the representatives in connection therewith.
