(A) All full-time employees who have completed the probationary period with the town are eligible to participate in the retirement program offered through the town.
(B) The town will contribute 6% of the employee’s gross pay into his or her retirement plan.
(C) All employees are encouraged to contribute a portion of their salary into their retirement plan.
