(A) Employees who are called for jury duty or subpoenaed to testify in a court of law will be granted necessary time off for regularly scheduled workdays that are required to serve in court.
(B) We encourage the employee to fulfill their civic duty by serving jury duty. In the event you are on jury duty, you will receive the difference between your full-time daily pay and the amount you receive for jury duty for a period of two weeks.
