§ 35.107  VACATION.
   (A)   After completing one year of employment, full-time employees are eligible for vacation according to the following schedule.
      (1)   On the one-year anniversary, the employee will receive five days of vacation.
      (2)   On January 1 of the year in which the two-year anniversary occurs, the employee will receive ten days of vacation.
      (3)   On the following January 1, the employee will receive ten days of vacation per year through four  years of service.
      (4)   On January 1 of the year in which the five-year anniversary occurs, the employee will receive 15 days of vacation.
      (5)   On the following January 1, the employee will receive 15 days of vacation per year through nine years of service.
      (6)   On January 1, of the year in which the ten-year anniversary occurs, the employee will receive 20 days of vacation.
      (7)   On the following January 1, the employee will receive 20 days of vacation through 19 years of service.
      (8)   On January 1, the year in which the 20-year anniversary occurs, the employee will receive 25 days of vacation for each year thereafter.
   (B)   Employees must take vacation in one-half day increments.
   (C)   Vacation time cannot be carried over from year to year without approval from the Town Council.
   (D)   Vacation time should be scheduled preferably at least two weeks in advance.
   (E)   If a full-time employee resigns, in good standing, he or she shall be entitled all unused vacation leave pay.
