§ 35.105  GARNISHMENTS.
   A court-ordered legal claim against the wages of an employee by a creditor for nonpayment of a debt by legal authority is a garnishment and shall be recognized and executed by the town. When a garnishment is received for an employee, the Clerk-Treasurer’s office will notify the employee.
