(A) Solicitation for any cause during working time and in working areas is not permitted.
(B) Employees are not permitted to distribute literature that is not town-related in work areas at any time during working times.
(C) WORKING TIME is defined as the time assigned for the performance of a job and does not apply to break periods and meal times. WORKING AREAS do not include the lunchroom or parking areas.
(D) Solicitation during authorized meal and break periods is permitted so long as it is not conducted in working area.
