§ 35.088  MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (M.S.D.S.).
   (A)   The town will maintain and utilize appropriate material safety data sheet on any products, chemicals, or substances used in the town operation that is required by federal law.
   (B)   In case where an employee may be exposed to said substance and medical treatment is necessary, a copy of the material safety data sheet will accompany the employee to the medical facility.
