§ 35.072  GROOMING .
   (A)   Grooming. When appropriate, a clean and neat appearance is required. It is understood that some employees may become dirty during their work schedule. Every effort should be made to provide the community with a neat and clean appearance when possible.
   (B)   Clothing/attire.
      (1)   The town is a place of business and staff should dress accordingly.
      (2)   Supervisors are responsible for their employee’s dress.
      (3)   Some employees of the town are provided a clothing allowance to purchase clothing and must be worn while on duty.
      (4)   Business clothing are only allowed to be worn while on duty.
      (5)   Employees will be required to follow IRS regulations or taxing purposes if necessary.
